We decided to write this blog as a way of sharing some of our stories from past experiences fishing, tying flies, guiding, and traveling. Most of which are completely 100% true except for the names of people, some stories are slightly embellished and some are mostly made up. It's really for you to figure it out and for us to have some fun writing down some of the truly good memories we have had while immersed in fly fishing.

Spring Creek Photo Submission

Special Thanks to Andy Reynolds for sending us these photos of himself and a friend catching fish on Spring Creek!

"Hey guys! I just wanted to send these pics for the Easter picture posting as it was another awesome day on the water. These browns were caught on Spring creek on Saturday afternoon. The girl is a friend of mine that I've been teaching angling/tying to for the past several months, and this is her first actual trout she caught and landed on her own. She was fishing subsurface with a caddis emerger pattern while I was slightly upstream fishing dries. (hendricksons and hah... white wulffs...seriously) We were both having great success until a mink decided to make its way down to the water and swim directly through the pool I was fishing; needless to say spooking the entire pool. All in all it was another great weekend spent on my favorite water of all"

Andy visited us at TCO each of the past two weekends in search of some feeding fish and lucky for him the water has been boiling for about a month now! Hopefully we see you soon and maybe I can talk you into doing some more exploring of new rivers! Thanks again Andy! We appreciate the photos!
